My Client is a highly successful developer and distributor of Software Compliance systems to some of the worlds largest Organisations. They have a successful track record across Ireland and Europe and now look to expand their Sales team into UK and Northern Europe.

This role can be home based

Role/ Opportunity

  • The role will require you to focus on the UK & North European market.
  • You will be expected to generate leads, build a pipeline and subsequently sell software products.
  • This is a genuine market development opportunity to leverage an established product.You will be expected to build an excellent working knowledge of the product itself and be confident in understanding client requirements.
  • You must be confident, articulate and intelligent and be able to establish credibility with prospective clients in both the business and technical areas. An understanding of enterprise computing environments will be helpful The approach is that of a consultative sell
  • Reporting to the Global Field Operations VP you will be proactive, self-motivated and 100% ethical in your approach. You will be working from home but will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams.

Skills/Experience

  • Proven background in hunting activities and developing new business
  • A successful track record of selling large value, high margin deals  which have been software centric (i.e. based on a core software application, with associated services) 
  • Have experience of winning deals in both a direct and in-direct sales model.
  • Be a "deal maker" and highly efficient deal closer 
  • Experience in selling successfully in highly regulated Industries (Life Science)
  • Be able to work in an international environment, cognizant of the different sales / buyer practices and cultures 
  • Able to negotiate and influence/shape customer expectations
